Toomaros integrates with third-party providers such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or disruptions originating from those third-party services.
Some Toomaros features are available through paid plans. Pricing, validity periods, and related terms are described on the service offering pages and within the user dashboard. Fees that have been paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and software related to the service are owned by Toomaros or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without our written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Toomaros is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruptions arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
We reserve the right to modify, add to, or discontinue part or all of the service, and to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page or after reasonable notice has been given.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
